Saturday:
Today is the long-awaited Jungiery megastar concert! I left my chalet around 5pm and met Ps, Fiona, Evelyn & her fren, at Bedok for dinner. I thought i was punctual (we arranged to meet at 5.30pm and i arrived at 5.31pm) but the 4 gers were already there waiting for me. That Fiona still gave me a bu-shuang look... haha... she always threaten to fine me when i late... $1 per minute late... Again, our tradition, we went to Long John for dinner...
Took a bus down to Expo after that and went to find Xiaomin & Amanda. Saw my 1st 3 months classmate, Cindy, there as well. Took a photo with her & Xiaomin...

We were so excited when we got inside the concert hall.... quickly found our seats (my seat number is row E,seat no 4.... e4!!) and while Fiona, Ps and i went to the toilets, Xiaomin went to help us buy the Jungiery calender, which we needed for sunday's autograph session at J8.

While waiting for the concert to start, we tried to get ourselves into the 'high' mood by singing to the mvs played on the big screens inside the concert hall.
At 8.30pm, the concert started off with Taiji, who performed stunts using drums and fires. I cant really remember what they performed actually, but whenever i watch them perform, i felt as if i was in a circus!
Other performers included Kone, 7 flowers, Cyndi, 183 Club and Typhoon ( a 3-men group led by Toro).

Xiaomin hates the song 'bei ying' by Kone, so when they sang this song, i purposely sang along very loudly to irritate her... haha... Fiona dislikes Mingdao from 183club while i do quite like him, i purposely cheered whenever Mingdao comes onto stage to irritate her as well...
Actually the whole group of us who went together were rather bored... cos we were just waiting to see 5566. But to make our $ worthwhile, Fiona and i tried to make ourselves involved and feel 'high'. We screamed and cheered for the other artistes as well... when 7 flowers sang, we waved our lightsticks and Man-tou actually looked into our direction and waved!

Gino was quite cute too... he asked the audience to 'shh' instead of screaming when they were singing their new song... and i think the most captivating image of the night was Mingdao's bare back! Gosh, when 183 club took off their jackets to sing Living la vida loca, we could see Mingdao's bare back! His shirt has such a weird design... haha...
I liked some of the effects at the concert... like mics hanging down from the ceiling, Cyndi's swing with a crescent when she sang 'Yue guang' ...

At long last, 56 came on stage and performed their songs! They rocked the concert hall with their ' We will rock you' and ' Easy come easy go'.... followed by some soothing slow songs, sung on a swing ... This is the only part where we went high.. but still the performance was disappointing... the rest of the songs were Xmas songs... like Jingle bells, Silent night... i guess we are used to being spoilt by 56, cos they used to play games, stand on stage and chat with the audience in previous concerts.... we prefer more interaction time with them... well, this is a lesson learnt. Never go to Jungiery stars concert again... we will only go for pure 5566 concerts in future!

At the end of concert, realised that Fiona Xie was actually sitting in the same row as us, only a few seats away! She looked very pretty and had lotsa fans surrounding her when she got spotted. Managed to get a photo of her and a handshake...

We also spotted Huang Shiyu at the concert! We went up to him and asked for a photo... he looks so boyish and cute!
To end off this long and boliao entry, here's a photo of E4 after the concert. The balloons were actually picked up from the concert... haha... i had it deflated and intend to keep it for remembrance...
