I can't stand myself! I'm going ga-ga over a stranger and he's a year younger than me! Madness... but he is just so cute and i'm mesmerised by his singing! He kept me glued in front of the tv set every wednesday night... that's Weijian! He did great in tonight's performance... the only contestant who got a more positive comment from the judges, regarding the fast song and dance part. Keep it up, Weijian!
Do a little recap..
- M1 Jason - his fast song segment was a joke (according to xx)... he sang Energy's 'Come On' and he sounded quite bad during the rap. One of the judges commented he looked like a bear dancing.. got a score of 31
- M2 Wei Choong - his dressing was pretty cool today. He looked fabulous in that black jacket and he sang quite ok. rather high score of 35.5
- M3 Jun Yang - Weijian's strong, strong competitor. Great vocals, can sing slow songs well but fast songs are of a bit of challenge. Dawn Yip commented that his dance part was like a 'duck dance'. Anyway, his performance earned him the highest score of 39 tonight.
- M4 Weijian - Sang A*Mei's 'Ji De' for slow song and 'Wan Mei' (by who huh?). Quite proud of him as i thought he sang a female singer's song quite well. Fast song and dance segment was quite well done. Received positive remarks from the judges about his body movements. Score of 38, 1 point behind Junyang!
- M5 Kelvin - I didn't get to watch his performance.. cos my bro switched to 'Charmed'.. argh! His score was 36.5 (if i'm not wrong)... i guess dance could be a challenge to him cos of his handicap.
XX and Jo, i'm making use of this to make myself divert attention... wanna 'zhan cao chu gen' [pun intended]. Those of you who dun understand, you can forget about figuring it out la... too chim.. haha!
