1. Finally got a haircut last thursday... beginning to like my fringe now cos some of my friends said i look cute in it... wahaha... i wasn't used to it initially lah and i thought i looked super goon, super geeky in it...
2. My roomie's moving it tomorrow... i must start adapting to staying with another person again... quite used to my single room and now i'm back to a double room... cant do things as and when i like liao... must watch my behaviour.. haha... but i am glad for the company cos staying alone can be miserable at times... and we are going to Chinatown one of the nights next week!
3. Switched one of my modules... thought the 1st one i registered for cannot make it, cos the tutor is like so demanding... i have not attended a single lesson and he expects a 2000 word summary due on 31 Jan.. Hello, its Chinese New Year... do u think i have time to do it? So i dropped it and took another module - Cultural Intelligence At Work... attended the class today and it was pretty interesting! Half the class were local students and the other half were foreign exchange students, mainly from Norway. And because it is a culture-class, we had to work and interact with the foreign students more... the tutor is quite fun-loving lah... made use of a game to group us into project teams which had a mix of different gender, course of study, nationality, race and whether you support Man U or Arsenal! Cool yeah...
4. I just realised that printing of notes is so, so expensive!!! I have a printer in hall so i used to print my lecture notes and stuff in my room.. but my printer died on me and i have to visit the free access lab or library now to print my notes... i spent nearly 10 bucks photocopying a set of readings today! I almost puked blood... never felt the pinch before since all costs were sunk costs... but now... haiz...
