sianz.... this is going to be a boring post.... nothing but work, school, work, school...
went to the career fair with xx ... quite a disappointment cos most of the exhibits there are targetted at the engineering side... practically none for HR, except several exhibits by job agencies like Jobstreet.com and Achieve... we were 'poached' by several financial planners, from AIA, Great Eastern... talk for very long manz... but well, i think its good in a sense... wanna find out more about other career prospects before committing myself to a HR job and then by the time i regret (if i do), its too late to jump out of it... got invited to their career seminars/talks next week... think xx and i would be going to find out more la... Adam Khoo giving one of the talks leh! my idol... confirm plus chop i will go... wahaha...
oh yah... the service at The Face Shop (Marina Square) was marvellous! xx n i were treated like tai-tais... the salesgirl helped us paint and clean our nails whenever we want to test a nail colour... so cool! she also recommended colours which she thought was nice etc... perfect service! i ended up with another bottle of nail polish to my collection... aiyo... waste money hor...
xm just told me about an opening for HR Exec at MOE... don't need resume cos just need to fill in the application form and email back to them... tomorrow is deadline liao so i just applied la... try my luck and see how... if shortlisted then think about it... jobs won't fall from the sky... and i must secure a job soon... the guys from 6g-ians are 'pestering' me for treat after i get a job... wahaha.. you guys wait long long huh.... =p
fyp is driving my group crazy soon... now we are almost back to square 1... what the shit! modified our model and have to re-run the analysis... and we are left with 6 days?! Oh god... just stab me with a parang....
