Hmm... what have i been doing for the past few days? Simply rotting and spending money... got a hair cut on wednesday, at Mexxis instead of #1 which Qicai recommended... arrived there at 11 but the salon only opens at 12pm... shopped around, went back at 12 plus, stylists all sitting outside the salon, having lunch and told us to go back at 1.30pm... what the... got business also don't wanna do... we refused to wait so took the risk and tried Mexxis...
I'm feeling vain and since Cindy commented that this pic looks good, here's a lil pic of me! Wahaha~
My new haircutStarted off thursday with an interview at Recruit Express... but i'm not interested in their opening for Recruitment consultant with RE itself cos its comission-based... but anyway hope they will find me other openings soon... i need a job fast! After that, went to settle the travel insurance thingy and got a free medical kit, just nice to bring along...
This morning was spent rotting at home... trying to pack my luggage, jotting down places to visit and directions to get there (cos don't wanna hold out maps everything i go and tell everyone i am a tourist!)... i think i have looked through my packing list at least 5 times, making sure nothing is missed out.. damn ks!
Got an urgent phone call from my grandma in the afternoon, accompanied her to cpf board... left in such a hurry that i went out in my glasses (my new one!) and without makeup.. but anyway, meeting the guys after that, no need too pretty la... =p After settling the stuff, it was too early for me to go meet the guys for dinner yet silly to go back home... ended up rotting at mac with a drink and mag before going down to meet them and i still had to wait for them! ah hem, being late is a woman's privilege leh.. haha... next time i will bring forward meeting time half an hour earlier!
Dinner was great... nice food we had! Wanted go ktv after dinner but too ex liao... nuah-ed at Cafe Cartel for more food - cheesecake! Yummy but sinful... =( Huiying & Weijun joined us later and we simply rot, partly to avoid traffic cos there was a rally at Serangoon Stadium which caused a serious jam... after all were tired and drained, Bro drove us all home... whee~ i just love being driven around... oops.. anyway, 7 of us squeezed in his car but fortunately, all thin and skinny... we'll need another car to fit us all (*hints to jj*).. anyway, thanx bro for the ride! =) i think it took about 45 mins to send everyone home... hah...
Guys, u all can go ahead and plan your swimming, cycling activities when i'm not around! Don't try to drag me along... i won't throw face in front of you peeps... imagine me with a rubber duckie float! *faintz*
I'll meet up with you all again when i'm back and we can go ktv!!
I finally visited Colin & Kero's site after hearing from the guys... well, as Qicai said, they are really quite cute... those jap-style guys... what a waste being gays! haiz... no wonder more girls are single now!
Went to take resume photo at AMK this afternoon with Xm who's taking for her passport application... i felt so weird cos i can never smile naturally for such posed photo... feel very stiff and all lor... the photographer kept asking me to relax, not to be so tensed... haha... hope it will turn out ok lah...
After that, we went K-box to sing!~ The waiter who served us was rather funny... xm and i were very engaged in our conversation so didn't catch what he addressed us as, but halfway he stopped and welcomed us again... weird... he also treated us to sweets... wahaha... must be interested in xm!! =p We are getting old le lor, drained after around 4 hours... we used to sing for 5-6 hours straight with just the 2 of us and refused to budge until the staff come chase us with their numerous hints...
Watched a bit of the polling results... rather exciting, more exciting than all the Superstar eliminations! Wahaha... but its a pity i wasn't part of the event... finally reached voting age but no opportunity to exercise the right to vote yet... maybe the next GE?
Okay.. 1 more day to Naruwan Taiwan!! I am so excited... though some of you might be sick of me mentioning Taiwan every now and then... but i don't care! Lao niang is planning to have fun there! I promise a full report (with photos!) for all my darling friends after i come back k! Meanwhile, everyone have a great break... Qicai and jj, include me if got more temp lobangs k... i don't mind a temp job (with possibilities of convertion) while looking for a perm one... yeah peeps, miss me and dream of me while i'm away! =)
