Nice outing with the gals this afternoon!~ We last saw each other at Ah Heng's birthday celebration last December and boy, that was so long ago... half a year!
Although it was our very first ktv session together, there was no such word as 'pai seh' in our dictionaries... i guess everyone just had fun singing! And we really made our money worth, asked for refill of tidbits many, many times! =)
The program for the day was followed by some window shopping, and dinner... Ling brought us to this vegetarian restaurant at Apollo Centre for dinner... i had roast duck rice, comes with little side dishes and fruits and its yummy! Good and affordable vegetarian meals there!
Initially, all of us were afraid that it would be awkward to meet up... worried there would be no topics to talk about... but everything turned out pretty well! We talked about school, work, life, the good old times in jc, bitch about our ex-teachers and classmates... even planned the next outing, gonna ask Ah Heng & Aubrey along... we chattted till the restaurant closed for business! Alamak, what to do.. we are gals and we can gossip! Wahahah...

And lastly, a silly one with Ling & Na!~Sometimes we worry a lot about feeling awkward if we were to meet people whom we haven been in contact for long... but i think if one is willing to take the effort, try to take the first step out, meet up... you might realize that things ain't as bad as you expected! Depends on how much one treasures the friendship, i guess....
Oh yah, i bumped into Ben & Jos... surprisingly, Ben & Kim kind of know each other too! Singapore is just sooooo tiny... haiz
Do you guys watch Singapore Idol? Oh my, i am so not happy with Singapore's choice... i was pretty glad that Jonathan is in cos i kinda supported him from the auditions liao... but why that Paul? I didn't catch the show on wednesday... maybe his singing is really good, but i simply can't stand his hair!!! Its covering his 1 eye and like 1/2 his face, can't even look at his face proper! Gosh...
