Leverie and i totally embarrassed ourselves in front of 'Mr Demure' during lunch yesterday! Thought he alighted from the shuttle bus liao so i was telling my colleague who that guy was cos i kinda know him, those 'hi and smile type of colleague'... Leverie was saying no wonder he kept looking in our direction.. she added "i thought we are so pretty that he kept looking at us..." At that point in time, we were going to alight from the bus and... *tah dah* we realized that guy was sitting 2 seats behind us!! He haven alighted... oh gosh... and the bus was pretty empty and we were not talking very softly... and after this embarrassing incident, i keep seeing him today... can only pretend to act cool and smile as usual.. but after he's out of sight, i just cant stop laughing to myself... haiz silly us...
Work was pretty fun this morning... had a group of delegates from Japan visiting our company... heard its a very, very big shot.. some Japanese parliament member... i wasn't involved in the event but got to help out with some backend stuff, like setting up the meeting room... placed mineral water and glasses, our corporate brochures... made sure the chairs are super straight (cos japanese are very particular)... didn't realize there were so much details to pay attention to...
Currently, i'm hooked to a new taiwan idol drama - Wei Xiao Pasta, loosely translated as Smile (Smiling) Pasta. Heard that Taiwan side is showing episode 5 or 6 now.. managed to catch the 1st 2 and half of episode 3 on youtube.. haha... a rather funny show, the typical exaggerated dramas produced by Sah Lih... but they have some very sweet scenes too... awww~
Anyway, the show stars Cyndi Wang and Nicholas Teo... Cyndi as a student whose family owns a pasta shop whereas Nicholas as a singer, from a rich family and his dad is someone active in the political scene.
One fine day, Nicholas was trying to hide from the reporters when he knocked into Cyndi. They fell to the ground and kissed... reporters captured photographs and it was hot news the next day. In order to protect Nicholas' honest image and also his singing career, they had to pretend they were in a relationship and also getting married soon! (Sounds similar to Full House...)
I guess the ending will be pretty expected, where the both of them will really fall in love... shall wait and see
