Happy Birthday to me!!
2nd November, 23:59, i was 21... and 1 minute later, at 00:00, i became 22... Usually people would say 'oh, 1 year older, more matured and much wiser blah blah blah.. ' Is that really true? I mean, the difference in time is only a blah mere difference...
But i hope i do become more matured in my thinking and of course, in my work... in addition, become a wiser person so that i can detect the meanies in this big bad world... i don't wanna be so naive anymore and think that everyone is true and nice... so far, i haven met anyone real mean and evil but i wanna be on my guard...
Okay, my birthday post shall not be one with much negative comments... i know i'll enjoy this special day...
Must thank a few people first... cos they are so sweet and thoughtful, the 1st few people to send me greetings and well-wishes!
1. Tiffi and Jos - coming by my place earlier to drop me the present (part 1)! Collagen and Q-10 masks from Korean, nail varnishes... and not forgetting the 'group hug' outside the supermart.. thanks gals!
2. Xiaomin - Thanks for being the 1st to sms me at 00:00 sharp, for the lovely collage and entry on your blog!
3. Boon Khin - my dear friend from 01s6c whom i share a special friendship with... never fails to forget my birthday but i always will hint him... haha... thanks for the heart-warming sms!
4. Ivan - I saw that post on your blog on like 1st Nov, though you dated it 3 Nov... haa! That was early, really appreciate it!
5. Jerry, my sec sch clsmate! oooh i was surprised to receive his sms... we didn't really keep in touch much but he actually bothered to sms me... cool manz!~
6. Ira, the intern at my workplace... ended her internship but will be popping by tomorrow just to celebrate with me! Such a sweet darling, so looking forward to see her!
7. Dearest Angelina, my best pal in jc! Short-termed memory her but never ever forget my birthday! Thanks so much dearie... we shall catch up soon alrite, once on our own and once with ah heng & aub!
