bestie urging me to update cos she's bored... somehow i seem to have lost the zest for blogging, or maybe its plain laziness... and i dont have interesting stuff to share... haa
anyway, i'll try.... just for the bestie...
whee~ my favourite Daren was awarded the highest score for his performance during the semi finals round 1 last night! A score of 43, the highest awarded so far! somewhat, people around me realized i have so-called a thing for 'bad, rebellious boys'... like 'James Tall', Jonathan Leong, and many other ah-bengs... i dont know why but they just seem so appealing... haa!
realized i didn't post anything about my Christmas... here's some long overdued updates then...
Christmas eve - the morning was spent with my dearies, jo and xx, at K-Box... went for some singing and did some catching up...
The evening was spent with the Republicans... still prefer to call them the 6g-ians because i'm not staying in the Republic, and had to go home by myself whenever we meet up... and that day, i had to walk home from Bishan Station and i saw 2 rats on the streets!!
Anyway, we went for dinner @Tian Wai Tian, this tzi char stall along Bendemeer Road... the food was pretty good, thanks to jj's recommendation... i love the yam in the fish soup steamboat, super nice!~

The guys - my hands were shaky... sorryI think we are all catching up with age... no energy, no drive anymore... after some walking and photo-taking, everyone was like so excited at the idea of slacking at a cafe... so we sat at Cartel and talked crap, drank coffee... and silently countdown to Xmas... haa... imagine us squeezing with the crowd at Orchard Road... i can imagine myself fainting in the midst of the Banglas...
As for Christmas itself, i was too tired so ended up rotting at home... did the laundry, ironing and tidying my room... how cool right...
Hmm... new year's coming.. time really flies so quickly... i've graduated and been working for 6 months already! i cant bear to think how my age will 'grow' from 22...25....30... gosh!
We had an unofficial party during work earlier... just 8 of us... opened a bottle of sparkling wine (lychee & grapefruit - yummy!), crowded around my desk and made a toast for a better 2007! Chan even opened a pack of potato chips to go along with the wine... so 'uncle'!! and i think he got a bit high after that... but well, it was really fun with those peeps around!
Here's wishing everyone a HAPPY 2007!! And my New Year's resolution is to treat everyone around me much much nicer!!
