1st working week of 2008 and i have got a 1 day MC. There were people who thought i chao keng MC! What a start!
Stupid me went back to work yesterday afternoon so i am just going to apply for a half-day MC. My boss didn't even appreciate that i went back to work even though i was sick. She still commented that i looked perfectly fine and could even go back to work on a Saturday!
I think she was quite fed-up that a lot of my colleagues were asking her if i was on MC, and she doesn't know. But i was so drowsy from the medication that i slept till late morning. Not as if i informed everyone (except her) that i was not going to be in office!
Argh... pissed Friday. Fortunately, the yummy dinner and good company in the evening helped to make up for terrible time at work! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
